Could it be that I'm just not a morning person, or something's wrong like my blood sugar or something. I can't even control my irritability. I try just not to talk but still people talk to me and I usually snap there heads off. What could be wrong? How can I control this? I start to feel perky and happy around noon. What is the deal?

How well do you sleep? When you get up, do you feel well-rested or do you still feel tired? Do you have a hard time getting to sleep or staying asleep? If any of these sound like you, see your doctor about a sleep study for insomnia or sleep apnea. Not getting enough "good" sleep can cause the symptoms you have listed, and if sleep is the problem it won't get better unless the doctor figures out what's wrong and prescribes treatment.

Try excersizing at night and have coffee with your breakfast. The cafeine in the coffee might wake you up faster and ease your mood swings and the excersize will OVERALL make you a happier/less irritable person. Good luck
