I can't use peer2peer or torrents due to restrictions, what are the alternatives?

I stay in student accomodation and the internet access won't allow for the use of peer 2 peer or torrent software. are there any alternatives to find television series and anime, such as websites?

Try to buy it, they may be at a local store such as Best Buy or something of that sort, technically most p2p isnt legal.

you can always buy the dvds. you can find a lot of tv shows on youtube, sometimes people upload things to open directories as well.
