besides dressing warm, take LOTS of money with you.

Norway is expensive !!!

Wrap up warm, including hat, gloves and boots! But then the cold will provide a marvellous excuse for buying Norwegian knitted hats, gloves and sweaters! Maybe you shouldn't pack too many items when you go!
