IT'S MY BIRTHDAY ON HALLOWEEN!
My hubby is taking the day off and we're going to take our daughter to the zoo then trick or treating later that evening.

In my part of the world (Kilmarnock) the kids goout for halloween on the friday before.This is cos of having to get up for school if the go out on the 31st.Me i like halloween as its the day before my birthday All Saints day so I was almost a auld witch but instead Im a saint !

We are having a big halloween party in the local pub,then the next day there is another party for the kids,fancy dress of course

Halloween, or Samhain as we call it we will be honouring the ones passed over with a nice glass of something... hic... and a big bonfire.
Tis the Celtic new year.. hic... and a time when nature appears to be dying down.

I shall do the pumpkin lanterns for myself and anybody else who wants one, and I shall have a few friends round for a quiet evening, and an enormous basket of sweets by the door for the trick-or-treaters.
Around midnight, I shall go out and tour a few 'haunted' locations, and perhaps, when I get home in the early hours, doze-off in front of a horror film on DVD.

Probably handing out candy to little kids. The kids that are like 15 and 16 make the night worth while because they're so shameless.

Parting hard down on Cedar Springs in Dallas! The best costumes and most fun in town by far. It's my husbands and mines favorite holiday!

I'm going to the pub before the blackmail, the begging, the vandalism, the criminal damage and the demanding money with menaces (trick and treating) starts and I am not coming back until it stops.

I'll be on my honeymoon in Florida.. we're going to Freight Fest at Universal Studios.
