Tell me how much you weighed before you were pregnant- while you were pregnant- and after you had the baby. I'm just so curious about this!

Depending on your diet and the amount of exercise during your pregnancy. The normal weight gain is between 20 and 40 Lbs. Some people tend to think that they are eating for two but, that is not the case. If you eat healthy and then add at least 1/3 extra to your plate of healthy food consumption you should gain no more than 15 to 20 lbs.. What ever you do, don't pig out and feel you have to eat everything you see or want for that matter, and don't get lazy just because you are pregnant.. That is the worst thing you can do for you and your baby(s).. A healthy baby starts in the womb. Also, even if you don't eat a lot no one is gonna suffer that loss but you because the child u carry will extract what ever it needs from you and leave you with little or nothing, just ask you doctor.. During my first pregnancy about 20+ years ago I only gained 13lbs and only 25 during the second.. But I walked a lot, at least 10 to 15 miles a day and ate healthy.. Lots of fruit, veggies and ice cream along with other healthy foods I liked... I stayed away from the junk food and fast foods too.. Not good when you want to stay healthy and have a healthy baby.. Congrats on your pregnancy...

I started out about 140, went to 180 at the end of my pregnancy due to hypertension, the day after having my son, I had lost about 20lbs...due to baby and water gain...with in a week , I dropped 10 more pounds. A year and a half later I'm at 138.

with the first baby 45 lbs. Lost about 30 lbs right off, then I gradually lost it all within the first six months. It is so important to eat healthy and enough when pg. Your baby's brain and body need the best nutrition possible.
The second baby I gained 35 lbs and the weight came off slower this time. becasue I was 31 years old. the other time I was 24 yrs old.

I gained the most weight with my daughter.....about 40lbs.. ...She was adopted, so that means my weight gain was all my fault hahahaha! It is called emotional eating. *smile*

I went from 127 to 150 with my first, and two months later I was back down to 127 and oops! pregnant again. My second pregnancy I maxed out at 150 also and 4 months later I am at 128. I think the extra pound is due to breastfeeding so I'm not too worried.

I started at 135. My weight increased to 155. A year later and I'm only 153!! What the heck! I still fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes, but the weight has now shifted to my butt and thighs. And I work out too...oh well :(
