Using pendulums for divination has a long history. The basic idea is that you (or the diviner) hold a weight on a string. You ask questions, and the weight will move in answer. Common movements are side to side for 'no', back and forth for 'yes' and a circle for 'maybe'.
It is truly interesting to watch... and it is basically a magic trick.
Here is the deal- the weight is moving because of what is called 'ideomotor motion'- tiny, almost unconscious muscle movements that are being transmitted through the string. It is the same thing that moves the Ouija pointer, etc.
You can test this easily enough. Get a friend and create two lists of 'yes no' questions- one set only you know the answers to, and a set only the friend knows. Write down and seal, but DO NOT share answers at this stage! (You can make it even more interesting by adding a set no one knows, such as will some unfamiliar stock go up or down, will the temp in a distant city be higher or lower than yours, etc.)
Hold the pendulum and your friend asks you all of the questions and tracks the answers. Switch places.
Open the real answers and compare. You will both do well on your known answers, and both be random on the unknowns. The more answers you ask, the clearer this pattern will be.
Now- knowing this, there is a way to use this in a way that SEEMS INCREDIBLE!
Get another friend, get them to hold the Magic Pendulum (the more magical looking the better), show them the pattern (maybe draw it under where you are doing things), and start asking them questions.
Start off safe and easy. "Is your name (fill in their name)?" "Do you live on the moon?" "Do you like your job?"...
Then start pushing things a bit- depending on how much you want to play with their mind or keep them as a friend! "Do you like so-and-so?" "Have you ever fantasized about (bleep!)?"
If you'd rather, you can start to ask 'spooky' questions- "is there a spirit present?" kind of stuff. (Careful- this can get freaky, even if it is only a trick!)
It will freak them out! The soft and easy start gets them thinking the thing can really read their mind! After that, they start to think something really mystical is going on!
Kick it up a notch- have them hold it and COMMAND that it swing in a circle (the easist movement). After a moment, it will! Command it to stop, reminding the person to not move a muscle- and it will.
Great magic trick. Terrible example of supernatural powers.

No bible prophecy has ever come genuine. seem at what you have have been given so a ways: stuff approximately "The final days" (concepts you, the comparable argument has been used for hundreds of years, in spite of the shown fact that it became out that those weren't the final days, and neither are those), The messiah (I write a e book asserting that for the time of two an prolonged time time Harry Potter will walk right into a West end Pub in a hawaiian t-shirt and order a martini, then my followers write a e book 50 years from now, asserting that 30 years till now Harry Potter walked right into a West end Pub in a hawaiian t-shirt and ordered a martini, there is going your prophecy), and Israel (a people who spent 2 thousand years attempting to bypass back through fact a e book instructed them that they might bypass back). All are great prophecies, certainly! edit:eezy_jex ®, thx for making me snigger. the place replace into that written? replace into it in the previous testomony, that doesn't understand advert or the messiah, or in the hot one, that replace into written after that?

Learning pendulum is a sacred thing. When you hold a pendulum to get anwser, it is actually your inner self which is responding to your question? But for it to succeed, your self has to be clean. I have tried it but failed. My failing doesn't mean that pendulums do not work but I am still not focussed on getting things right, your ego has to vanish, you should be ready to lead a simple life, and most important of all, if you have any goals than you are more likely to fail. Just use it for the benefit of others.
