Yes. CDs are universal. DVDs sometimes have codes that make it difficult to play on a foreign computer. Also, you can even play mini disks on a computer. =)

Of course. Audio CD's are all the same. It's the DVD's that are different. You should be able to watch European DVD's on an American computer as long as they have no regional coding.

Yep..computers will play music CD's from anywhere, as far as I know.

It's the DVD's that sometimes aren't compatible.
