Good question, from a physiological attraction standpoint men typically enjoy strippers more because they are biologically wired for visual attention towards mates. Women on the other hand are more tactile wired so that might help to explain why a lot of men enjoy strippers but not a lot of females. I think the context in which women enjoy strippers is not primarily for "retaliation" but for just an over the top embarrassing fun. I've been to a few parties where there were male strippers for birthdays/bachelorette...and it's just so damn funny and silly that you just laugh. It's not used as a mode of arousal at all (contrary to most male experiences with female strippers) but just for a good laugh. although some women might experience arousal...more power too them!

Some really really do like them. I've had friends who were male strippers... and I used to see all kinds of crazy stuff. Women who would almost spend their whole paychecks on these strippers. of course they would have to get their money in 1's. But, they would go up there acting like they were paying rent.
Personally, I think its kinda nasty. Because I know what these guys were doing too. And it all just seems a little tainted now.

Retaliation for what? I really DON'T like male strippers (and I don't think there's many straight ones out there). Just does nothing for me whatsoever. I've been to gentlemen's clubs a few times and have an absolute blast though (granted, the guys I with were worth more than I will ever see in my lifetime so we were treated totally VIP).

Honestly I don't like strippers at all. I think male strippers look rediculous. If I want to see a naked man I would go home and have sex with my boyfriend.
I went to a bachelorette party recently and I actually felt sorry for the guy who stripped for us. It must be very degrading to dance around in your speedos in front of a bunch of screaming women.

I think we think it is more funny then anything. Not that they do not look good do not get me wrong. I for one think it is more sexier for a stripper to dance with thier uniform on that is more sexier to me. I would never want to be with a male stripper or have a one night stand. I think us women like to look at strippers but men would like more when they are watching a woman strip. Us women think totally different then the men do.

The male strip club in my town comes with a really big dude that gets really pissed if you so much as try to touch anything that you shouldn't be touching! Don't put that dollar bill in too far, if ya get what I mean. Not that I would know from experience or anything... ;) Now the female strip club here, they will take your ummm "girls" right out of your shirt and kiss away and let you do the same. Again, not that I would know from experience or anything lol.

Well, Lets put it this way men strippers are nasty, and men have a nice upper body, but a ugly private area lol so No not all women like male strippers!

I was a stripper for a couple of years during grad school.
Three times a week I did that, and I brought home a different women each night (do the math!). It was the best!
But now I have a wife, two kids, a dog, and two SUVs.
And you know what?!?!!?!
LIfe isn't bad.
