Have a home newtwork and a wirless laptop. Over the last few days, my e-mail (outlook express) won't send messages from my laptop. They stay stuck in outbox. Can somebody help? Thank you so much!

Are you receiving messages?

You are probably trying to send an email with an attachment that is too large. Check your outbox and see if any of your messages are really large.

Tough one...if you can access the internet still, then the problem is not your network or laptop settings, but rather a setting in outlook...depending on the above, I would reenter your account information in either OE, or your ISP login info...I haven't used OE in years, all my mail, including from my ISP comes through Yahoo...

If you can download your email, but your having trouble uploading it, check to see if there's a size limit and that your not exceding it!
I have a wireless connection and cant always depend on a fast enough connection. Call your email Customer Service about the problem, too.
