Please do check the official Malaysia Constitution (perlembagaan) documents for the details. You are asking so many sub-question here that some is not easy to describe to you here in Yahoo Answers! - NOT the correct channel for distributing such official information. Generally, the term "bumiputera" root from the Malays word "pribumi". It can be loosely translated as native people however it does not really mean the aborigines or "orang asli". For an official translation and definition of the word "bumiputera" check with the "Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka Kamus (dictionary)".
