Motivations is something that has to come from with in you. It helps to take a big and intimidating project and break it down to smaller more manageable parts. With a job search...research where you want to work...Do that as one step... take a day and that is all you do...then take another day and refine your resume....take a day to send out the resumes....Etc...Etc...Etc...
If you are still in school... focus on school...you need good grades for recomondations from your teachers...If you do not need a job right away just wait until you are done with school.

Hang out with people who are motivated about school. Find people who are interested in your field so that when you have questions or concerns they can help you through your tough times. Talk to your teachers and get advice from them.
