One package comes with Dynamic Stability Control, which means the car adjusts to the increased speed (and 1" larger tire size) to assist in keeping the car turning normally at high speeeds in corners. Due to the low center of gravity, Coopers are much more likely to drift than to roll during such manuevers. However, that said, even without the DSC the car is less likely to roll over than a Jeep or SUV. Basically, you don't worry about low profile, keep to the ground sports cars, when dealing with rollovers.
Anything is possible, of course. In that event, even the convertibles have a roll bar to ensure the heads are protected in the event of the rollover. (The hard top has this roof structurally made to ensure this as well.)

I guess you mean "rolling over." You can get a general idea by looking at the car while crouching down and sensing where the center of gravity is in relation to the height of the wheels. If a car's greatest mass (enigne, fuel tank, and passenger's butts) seems to be close to the height of the center of the wheels (an imaginary axle line), then there is a small chance of rollover. Compare this to something like a common SUV where you can see how much higher the mass is above the axle line. This allows lateral forces to have a much greater leverage over the footprint of the car's width, and could tip it over.
Though the little wheels do not help its case, I think rollover is not a great a worry in a Mini. You have a greater chance of not being seen by a little driver in a monster SUV and getting crushed.

i think the chances would be pretty minimal, unless you try to take a corner hard and fast and the front grips and the back end lifts away. Or you take a corner fast and smash hard into the curb. But due to the weight distribution of the mini and how close the wheels are to either corner of the car and the suspension set up i dont think you have too much to worry about

I would imagine any vehicle can roll, even though this vehicle has a pretty small wheel base, it sits rather low to the ground, in my opinion this would greatly reduce the incidence of rolling over, unlike a Jeep wrangler or other small SUV. But, like I said, any vehicle can roll under the right circumstances.

The risk of a BMW Mini rolling over is almost nil. You'd have to do something really *stupid* to make it roll.
