Before going through all of the calisthenics that others have suggested remove the vent from the rear of the dryer and run a load through set on timed dry for 30 minutes. If the clothes are not dry you have a problem with the dryer. If the clothes are dry your problem is with the venting and should be disassembled and cleaned or replaced.

Before calling a repairman out, I got this email kinda makes sense I guess. If you use the fabric dryer sheets, I guess some of the softener on them rubs off and can build up on the lint filter/trap. You can't see it though. It said to try running water through the filter, if it pools up and doesn't strain through, need to clean it with warm soapy water and a soft brush/toothbrush. Like I said, not sure if it's true or not, but can't hurt to try. It also said that was one of the biggest causes of dryers not drying properly, and is also a fire hazard. Recommended cleaning it once a month.
But since yours is new, not sure if that's the cause, I'd agree and say the heating element, but try checking the filter first.

I had the same problem and I changes the whole vent system. I got a more rigid vent hose which worked better for me. Try turning on the dryer and going outside to your vent and see how much air flow you get. Maybe your hose is too long. Is the hose mounted at an angle? You want to make sure you have the shortest and straightest path as possible.

It seems such as you're in easy terms getting a million/2 capacity. examine your breaker. 220 volt breakers have 2 factors. each so often one section will fail and could in easy terms put in a million/2 the burden. try it utilising a multimeter. (google breaker try) it is my maximum suitable wager. If the two dryers are failing, my wager is its going to be electric so dont seem on the dryers, seem on the plug and breaker.

If your dryer isnt getting hot enought to dry your clothes it may be a bad heating element. If it is still new its probably still under warranty.

Did you buy a new dryer because you moved into a new house? Make sure your exhaust vent isn't stucco-ed over. or blocked. This is more common than you might think.

If it is new then there should be a warranty. Call the company and tell them that your dryer is defective.
