It is allowed to pinch the lady's nipples but they wear bras so it's a little trickier to get a good grip. I'd say the next time you get pinched give her butt cheeks a little pinch in return or push up against from behind and cup her breasts if that would satisfy.

Don't be ridiculous.Who says you can't pinch their nipples if they do it to you ? Get pinching, bro, and slap theirs asses too ! Where I work we have pinching and slapping contests by the coffee machine. You should hear the yelps and screams. Most nights I get home black and blue.

Actually, its not okay for them to do it either. Its still considered harassment. It goes both ways. But, if you don't do anything about it, or don't report it... then you really shouldn't complain. Just go ahead and start pinching theirs and just say they did it first. You should be okay. LOL.

I agree it's sexual harrassment either way. It's not nice for you to attempt to pinch nipples, but if you don't like it happening to you if it makes you feel violated it's sexual harrassment anyway you slice it.

Its called sexual harrassment. If u feel uncomfortable with it yrself speak out and say hey, I dont like what yr doing to my nipples! But I know u like it, come on, u know u do.
