I just got an e-mail dating Friday the 13th (10/13/06), but today is only Tuesday the 10th (10/10/06).
There was no sender and the subject was [none].
I opened it and there was nothing to be seen or read.
What do you think it could be?
What should I do about it?

That's really weird. I would watch your back on Friday. Or maybe it is someone playing a joke on you -do you freak out easily? If so, it is probably nothing to worry about.

It's probably a virus. Don't ever open an email with no sender and no subject. I'm not sure if I'd boot up the computer on Friday.

spammers and phishers postdate emails so that they show up on the top of your inbox. did you open it in yahoo? or in a program like outlook? if you opened it in yahoo (or similar web-based email) mark it as spam and move on. if you opened it in outlook, you should prob run a spyware program and an antivirus. in future, if it has no sender, just delete it.
