Recent bomb threat invesigation help?

There has been a recent bomb threat at my high school with a $200 reward being offered for the one who wrote it. I'm determined in solving this and collecting the reward. I've checked out several investigation books to study, but I still need further help. How would I solve this case? I can obtain handwriting from the written threat, and come up with a list of suspects. How do I narrow it down to the one that wrote it? Thank you for your help.

If you're a student then I don't know how you could possibly obtain any handwriting samples from the suspects unless you take them unlawfully. Your school should have someone investigating this that is a handwriting expert.
