Dont take anything, Just learn some very simple breathing and focus techniques. Do some research on the internet for these and they will def help. I get the same way when Im going to see friends, or family and I usually get sick from it. So I've learned over time to breathe and eat white tic tacs... hahaha... IT sounds stupid but MINT is a natural stomach sedative so every time I feel queasy or uneasy or anxious, I do the breathing and eat white tic tacs... Needless to say, Im addicted to white tic tacs now... Good luck to you!

Learn Aromattherapy. Take Ginger, Mandarin or Peppermint. Relaxing music, breathe deep.Wear or spray around U Lavender. I am an anxious person.

I take Papaya pills, you can get them at any Health food stores, it has an enzyme in it that calms your stomach.
