Sure, lots of things. The tip of the nose has no name. The areas between the knuckles on our fingers have no name. Lots of small lakes throughout the world are unnamed. As well as hills, gulleys, ravines, small mountains. Individual buildings usually have no name, just an address. The list goes on and on.
