How about considering an all-natural supplement called Memory Optimizer.

Provides dietary support for improved memory, learning, and overall brain health. It's a proprietary formula that combines Bacopa monnieri and vinpocetine, two clinically proven ingredients that provide dietary support to enhance memory and cognitive function. Bacopa, traditionally used in India, improves memory and the ability to learn new information. Vinpocetine has been widely used in Europe and Japan to enhance blood flow, glucose utilization, and has been shown to increase oxygen uptake to the brain. Also contains polygala, an herb traditionally used in China for brain health.

Increases and maintains memory function - Improves ability to learn new information - Increases blood and oxygen flow to the brain - Supports overall brain health.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions or the website.

The best thing is to get enough rest. No drug in the world is going to ever be the wonder drug that helped anyone pass an exam. You need to remember to give yourself a 10 minute break for about every 30 minutes of study. This may seem like a lot of breaks but believe me, it can make all the difference on you being able to focus on the task at hand. When you take a break, use the time by getting up and moving about. Take a little walk. Then without distractions, get back to your studies. Other times, just lie down and close your eyes, clear your mind of all images. Then start fresh on your studies again. Even a five to ten minute rest, can rejuvenate the mind and spirit. You should find something that works for you to get a good nights sleep. Anything from light exercise to a warm cup of tea, cocoa or milk. You need good recupritive rest in order for your brain to process all the information you are trying to put into it. A good nights sleep= more brain cell production. Thus a more rapid and precise recall. Also, don't skip meals. And don't over eat. Good nutrition is essential as well. Don't depend on the use of artificial stimulants, such as caffiene, ephedra, etc. They will only cause early burn out. Make wise choices, for your baody and mind, and you will do so much better. I wish you well, because luck is for gamblers, lol.

According to a 2007 study by the Office of National Drug Control Policy: 31.8% of college students smoked pot at some point during the school year which is slightly less than the 32.4% of high school students that smoked pot during their senior year.

Gingko biloba, its not prescribed, its otc and it works great. You have to take it twice a day for about 3 weeks to really feel its affects, but its magical... I suffer from severe memory problems and i have to study 10 times harder than anyone I know because of it. It takes alot for me to focus and remember something... So the gingko really helps and has been helping me for months now! Just be careful, you cannot mix gingko with many OTC and presription sleeping aids, it can cause a coma.

There is no such thing as "a commonly prescribed drug for college students to help focus on exams."

You ask the doctor and he is going to label you as a drug-seeking nutcase.

Get a tutor to help with your studies.

You don't need a prescription drug, just buy some Ginko Biloba. This helped me when I was in college and I was in my late 40's and early 50's.

There is no such thing. You need better study habits, not a drug.
