How serious do you feel that it is for North Korea to have Nuke weapons?

But if they did have a nuke , I nelieve that people living closer to them would be more in the way if the nuke went off,

No, they don't have missiles that will reach the U.S.. May never have them, but they do have a nuke -- and so will other countries as long as war trumps diplomacy. You name a country part of an Axis of Evil, whatever that is, and they get jumpy. Rather than bomb anybody, North Korea will eventually combine with S.K..

Not serious, for since the Korean War, North Korea never bombed other countries (with real conventional weapons or with "semi conventional" ones, such as Depleted Uranium and cluster bombs).
