I'm not saying that they all are..But most of them are friendly down to earth people.

When I worked at a convenience store I always tried to be super nice, I think it was because my job was so ridiculously easy that I had no stress at all. thats just me though.

The are monitored bu their managers with the help of the surveillance system Some have a mystery shopper program. It is called customer service. Return business.
