How can I connect my Samsung SGH T290 to my PC?

I need it in order to send pictures to my phone

If I have a usb cable what steps do I follow to do this? I dont have a camera phone

Buy a blue tooth adapter 4 Ur PC it costs only 10 to 15 bucks.

OR u can use usb cable if u have.

Dont know but you might try displaying the picture on computer screen and using your camera phone to take the picture, I've done this and the pictures are as clear as live( I used them for phone screeensaver)
