After the Ice-age, most people lived in nomadic, hunter/gatherer groups. These people followed thier food source, mastadons, and setup small camps along the way. These animals were taken down by large groups of hunters using sturdy spears, with points measuring from 5 to 9 inches. These points were typically made from a flaking method from flint. Another method used was driving the animals off from cliffs. This eventually led to the mass slaughter and extintion of the species.

Stone age people lived by hunting and gathering. Actually, they spent less time attending to the details of "bringing home the bacon" than the average modern man in the industrialized world does.

D. Everything discovered about " early" Man points to his sense of wonder and worship at the creation around him.His need to commit his life and even his/her remains to a deity or to future existence. Whilst The Sun God was most certainly worshipped during early civilisation, I believe that ,along with inanimate idols , this was a substitute for the one true invisible God that made himself abundantly known to the first Man and Woman he created perfectly. The subsequent objects of worship came about from the inevitable darkness of rebellion against His authority and " hiding " or obscuring His reality...as in modern culture today.

They were hunters. Farming had not been invented yet so they gathered food that grew naturally on trees, bushes etc. They hunted animals both for the meat and the furs which they used for clothing.
