I went through that phase. The only ones I ever managed to complete were the Football 1986 and the Transformers one.

Also, I'm ashamed to admit this, but Panini was the cause of my one and only experience of shoplifting, when I walked out of WH Smiths with about 150 packets of Football stickers shoved up my sleeves. Pointless really, because I'd filled up so much of the book that at least 75% of those stolen stickers turned out to be doubles.

I filled my Panini 1988 football album after attending a Bobby Charlton sticker swapshop to swap my 300 Sheffield Wednesday foil badges, or is that 'shinies'?

Yes! But only one and technically it was my little brothers but i became obsessive about him completing it! It was a, now this is sad i know but he liked it, James Bond Junior, in the early 90's. Its the one and only time i've known an album finished without having to send off for any.

I remember having the Return of the Jedi sticker album vividly as i waited for ages to get the other side of the sticker of Han and Leia about to kiss and when i got it i put it on crooked!!! i coulda cried!

Yes. The 1978/79 English football one (which ages me a bit- excuse me while I turn off my hearing aid). Except I went on holiday and some kid tore the West Bromwich Albion badge out of it, leaving a big mass of paper damage and my album minus one sticker. I've never forgotten this, and if I ever meet him will not be responsible for my actions. Yes- 27 years on, it still irritates me...

No but I got oh so close when I was a kid. It was an 80s Scottish football panini album and Roy Aitken of Celtic was the man who put my album to shame!!!
