It seems all conservative poloticians are always Pro Life, true? 90% of the USA beleives in God, and something like 75% are christian, so why are abortions still legal? Its seems strange to me that with neo-cons in power that they would have already ended this debate. Whats the deal?

a) Because they haven't yet gotten the Nazgûl to reverse Roe vs Wade, and until that is done, no law to that effect would be valid.

b) Because if they try that, they are going to lose women's votes in a hurry.

Roe V. Wade was a case before the U.S. Supreme Court in 1973 that they decided that most laws against abortion were unconstitutional. Norma McCorvey ("Roe") tried to convince the court in early 2005 she was wrong and have them change their decision, but the court would not hear reopen the case.

In order for them to ban abortion, either the Supreme Court would need to overrule their previous decision, or an amendment to the Constitution would need to be passed.

Probably because not all conservatives are Pro-Life.

There are, to name just two, fiscal conservatives and moral conservatives.

My experience is that, oftentimes fiscal conservatives aren't Pro-Life, while most moral conservatives are.
This is of course a generalization, but then your question was rather general, so we're in the same zone, aren't we. ; )

Yikes, better work on your numbers buddy. I know, the Christians keep telling each other that they are the majority. Still lots of them walk out of church on Sunday and into the abortion clinic on Monday. I always liked how my Christian ex-girlfriend would take off her cross necklace before performing fellatio on me....

Because some of us still believe that a woman's body is hers to rule, not yours, or his or mine.
If we give them an inch, when will they decide to control others bodies??
