TRy your local college or look in the local papers.

read lots of books in English, try and speak English through out the day and interact with people that speak English . go and stay somewhere that everyone speaks English so you are forced to speak it. you can also look for tutoring . watch TV but of course make sure the show and programs are in English and it should improve.

They do say English is one of the hardest languages to learn , to me its not because its my native touge however I do understand how it can be with more tthan one meaning to a word at times.

But to answer your question I suggest you meet some english speaking friends; as well as get some baby movies and cartoon it sounds crazy but its good you have to start from scratch with picture books , songs and movies make a day of it at the libary soon u will be A+ in english

The best way is to read novels...many of them...read easy ones first then progress to more sophisticated ones...My classmate who isn't at all into reading books can't pronounce conscience after 10 years of English education...get the point...

They have classes and you could find a friend who knows lots like an English teacher or a neighbor who could teach you

Keep trying to speak it. Don't be afraid to ask people to speak more slowly, or to repeat things. Ask with a smile too, always goes down well, and thank them for their consideration.

Alternatively, you could move to Ireland.
