My Dad is going to turn the electric off to fix something or other. It's going to take about 3 hours! What should I do during that time, when I am without TV and the Internet?! Help!

Read a book, there are loads of interesting books out there. Remember Lord of the Rings? Well amazing although the movies were the books are better, and written decades before the movies was ever even thought about.
Not your thing, try John Grisham, an excellent author, or more light hearted try Terry Pratchetts very funny Discworld novels.
There are literally thousands of books out there for you to try, and they will help expand your mind more than tv ever could.

u can ride your bike or skate on your skateboard, go to the arcade and play games,go to the mall and hang around

I'd suggest either of three things....
-Read a book
-Go out with your mates
-Get jiggy with your boyfriend
Do one of them OR all, in that order!
