Most people celebrate it on the first of May but it can also be celebrate on the 28.

I would only be ten years old! People born on leap year are at liberty to choose Feb. 28th or March 1st to celebrate their birthdays. Of coarse- it would be so cool if you aged four times slower, huh?!?!?!?!

i would guess that a person would celebrate it on the 28th until the leap year and then the 29th on the leap year.

I wondered that also..My mom actually said that if your birthday on feb.29th then just have your birthday oon feb8 the other 3 years and the 4th have it on the 29th!

one in each of my friends develop into born on thee twenty 9th so she suggested the total month of February develop into her birthday. LOL yet i bear in mind while she grew to become sixteen her mom threw her a birthday party as though she develop into turning 4 complete with pin the tail on the donkey. She enjoyed it. So i say have fun all month long
