Need to obtain a lawyer for family violence/assault charge against me. Affidavit of non-prosecution is filed from victim. There was no assault. I need to have a lawyer by Monday 10/16/06.

I don't know any lawyer in Dallas, but there's a good one in Grand Prairie. Daniel B. Smith, 972-660-7055. Dan is a good guy. He's very straight-forward and he works quickly.

why not look on state bar of texas
they have low cost attorneys.
