its pretty much under the exterior interior painting category you'll have to go to your town hall apply for license get insurance and your good to go its gonna cost some $ thou

I don't know about licensing but he could get bonded and insured to increase customer confidence.

sure... you need to get a contractors license... have him check with www.iccsafe.org that's where i got my mechanical engineer license
