It is our 10 year anniversary in a few weeks. I already have a cabin with hot tub and jacuzzi tub rented and the best restruant to go out to. Any other suggestions to make our 10th special?

What is her favorite songs? Make a CD of all the songs you and her listened to when you were dating and the years leading up to now...Do you have children? Maybe get pictures together of your wedding and all of your kids and make a collage and let her know that all the memories are more special as time goes on. How about candles? Is there a special scent she likes? Get that and light the candles in your cabin. Let her know you want to know what she likes and are willing to make this anniversary special :-)

As lame as it may sound do some stuff around the house for a few days the laundry and clean up a bit. I saw this on TV too you can get an STD from hot tubs and jaczzuis at places you've rented because people dont clean them good so you might want to take your cleanin stuff up there before hand and clean that tub out REAL good for your and her heath.

before leaving for the cabin clean the house, but while u are there make her breakfeast in bed,then romance her with soft music and then take her too the bathroom blindfolded and take her clothes off and have a room filled with rose peddles and candles and have some floating in the tub..and have fun...i dont think u need me too tell u what else too do with that oh yeah and make sure u have the best bottle of wine...these memories are better then buying things..

Don't turn on the TV, or even look at it if you happen near one in a restaurants/bar. "Find" (buy) for her something that she's been looking for, but can't seem to find. In the morning, ask her what she would like to do that day, then do it - without changing a thing. Smile. A lot.
