This not a racist post but I am just wondering

In 1985, Abramoff joined Citizens for America, a pro-Reagan group that helped Oliver North build support for the Nicaraguan contras. Citizens for America staged an unprecedented meeting of anti-Communist rebel leaders known as the Democratic International in Jamba, Angola. This conference included leaders of the Mujahedeen from Afghanistan, UNITA from Angola, the Contras from Nicaragua, and opposition groups from Laos. Out of this largely ceremonial conference came the International Freedom Foundation. Abramoff helped to organize, and also attended the conference.

Abramoff's membership ended on a sour note when Citizens for America's sponsor Lewis Lehrman, a former New York gubernatorial candidate, concluded that Abramoff had spent his money carelessly.

Reagan appointment

In 1986, Abramoff was appointed by President Ronald Reagan as a member of the United States Holocaust Memorial Council.

Fesspoint;

Did I said anything bad about Jews or Israel? If I did said something bad about Israel is it a crime? The USA is not quite Israel yet!

Would it be wrong too if I had asked "How many times had the US media mention that Bush is a Christian"?

Are you defending Abramoff?

Maybe the victim was Abramoff and not the American Indians?

I am sorry if I had offended you by asking about a criminal.

And I was just wondering why you were wondering...

No reason whatsoever.

Basically, when the story first broke, not only did they mention he was Jewish but also mentioned that he was Orthodox. A few prominent articles went deeply into his personal background.
It is also quite obvious based on his surname as well.

Oh, and I'm also wondering why your partial listing of some of the things Abramoff has done over the years has any relevance to your question.

Not trying to imply you're racist... just wondering...

There you go, it's all because of the Jews. Even though we make up less than 8% of the entire world population, keep having our homeland attacked and keep getting murdered in our sleep, somehow we mysteriously are responsible for every calamity on Earth. I suppose Hitler is our fault too? I suppose Hezbollah crossing our Northern border, smuggling rockets in and kidnapping two of our soldiers was our fault? Unprovoked too, because we have enjoyed peace from Lebanon for several decades until now. Interesting.
