I tried systems restore but it didn't work.

You should be able to find some of them just by searching on the Internet. Solitaire, for instance, is "sol.exe" so I would search for "sol.exe" on Google or Yahoo.

System restore only resets the registry and important files not to boot Windows, not other installed programs.

Each program is different. But for solitare (since it is part of Windows), go to the Control Panel, click on Add and Remove Programs. Click on Add Windows Components. You will find it under Accessories/Utilities and check Games.

List the others and people may be able to tell you how to do each of them.
