The thing about their 866 number is each option is for a specific service. There isn't any options for games. So say you do mash 0, you will get to a operator, but they will refuse to help you because there is no technical support for games. They will refer you to the help pages. You can try e-mailing them at games-feedback@yahoo-inc.com. I don't know how much better this is going to be, but it's going to be more help then the people at their care center.
