you really can't there is not a legal way to do it ! you either know where you worked or you don't!
But if you ask a lawyer to see what he can pull!

You can obtain transcripts of your tax information for each year that you need. This is done by filing form 4506 T. I have attached the information you need to file the form. You can do this over the phone, or by printing and mailing the form.
This form should contain the information from all W2s filed by your employers. It will not have the dates that you worked, only the years. I am unaware of any other way to get a work history.
