It's too hard because they are too many "tweeners". Right now I would have to say an Edge and Orton turning face would be a big shock.

Hmm...
I really can't see Johnny Nitro or Melina turning face ever. They just fit into those snooty, uppity, I'm-better-than-you characters they play on TV.
