possibly. giving massages for a living would be a nice cover for the fetish. but then there are normal people who just like to make other people feel good.

I do not think this is the case for most of them. BUT I had a very bad experience with a massage therapist one time, he massaged my breasts, which I have never had happen before, then he told me what a nice body I had, it really made me feel creepy,

I doubt that they are in the profession for the sexual satisfaction-anymore than a proctologist is in "it" for sexual gratification. You sound like a prudish idiot.
