Yes you can, and you can even get pregnant again, while you are pregnant- this sounds weird and I bet there are going to be a ton of rude people that respond to my answer- but just ask your doctor- my friend got prgnant while she was already three months pregnant, and she misscarried the first one, but luck for her the second was perfect-
I was unaware of this at the time I was pregnant, and loved the feeling of having him inside me and the feel of him when he came. (since I was already pregnant, he did not pull out)

Of course you can. While you are pregnant, enjoy having sex without the thought of getting pregnant. You can reach a very high climax when you are pregnant.
