Of cause not. If people under 21 are not allow to drink or purchase alcohol then do you think they'll be allow to own a bar or a casino.

Your name can be on a bar but that doesnt mean you can be there and or drink there. IF you are under 21 you cannot be listed as the owner you are listed underneath with a differnet title and restrictions. 21 is the age regardless. Every state is different though. ANd for the casino im sure they have tons of bylaws regarding age.

No. To own a bar that is at all worth it's rent you need a liqoure liscense, and you cant have one of those untill you are at least 21. Not to mention all the other fun stuff you need for distrobution
As for a casino, if they serve liqoure, same thing applies.

a) I don't see why a legally capble citizens should not be able to own any business he or she likes. No obvious reason why you can't own a bar, so long as you don't sample your own offerings.
b) Gambling establishments are liable to be subject to all manners of rules, better ask somebody knowledgeble in the local regulations applying to wherever you're thinking of.

You mean, casino. Depends on where you live. Most countries will accept 21 as an adult age and you can apply for a license. You won't get it if you've got a criminal record

NO!!!! You would have to have someone over 21 to sign any paperwork and take care of your business dealings
until you have reached the legal age of 21.

I really doubt that! Most people that age would not have the experience to handle such an undertaking anyway.

Absolutely, you just can't get the liquor license or the Gambling license. But you can own the building.

casinos yes, they give you like a stamp or bracelet saying you are not old enough to drink, bars I dont think so
