While showing my new landlord that his crummy little room wasn't big enough to swing a cat in I lost my grip on it.
Shall I get him a new one now or just let him take it out of the deposit?
Oh and who is responsible for the mark on the wall. It was his cat after all!

Unless it said anything in your lease/tenancy agreement about not swinging his cat then neither, and I would let him take care of the mark on the wall

better still, why not go on a rampage and execute every cat you see in a 10 mile radius. concentrate especially on the black ones and the ginger ones.
