Meredith will choose McDreamy over the veterinarian because the vet is played by Chris McDonald (?) and is a making a guest appearance while McDreamy is a regular, played by Patrick Dempsey. Every girl should have the dating problems she has!

I hope she goes for the vet. He seems like the best man for her. Besides McDreamy chose his wife over her after she cheated and then punched the guy she slept with (McSteamy) and still stayed with his wife...
i just think the she has too much negative history with McDreamy and the Vet would be a fresh start.

It's going to be McDreamy... at least I hope so we can GET ON with the show. I love Grey's but I hate watching a girl pick which guy. I rather just see them in a relationship, you know.

Even though the Vet Doc is cuter, I think she will choose McDreamy because they have more history together.

I love McDreamy a lot, but the vet is so sweet. I don't know who she should pick...I'll guess we'll have to wait and find out.

We really don't know vet doc's history....we may find out more this season and find out he also has drama...I say mcDreamy

vet doc, cuz Mc dreamy cheated once on his wife and was an asshole before and choose his cheating wife over grey in the first place so he will certainly do someything stupid again.(stay away from cheaters)... Me personally i would do Mc Dreamy and his wife together :) If they were more open to that kind of thing :)
