If you want her to lose weight quick and healthy, have her cut all sugars and limit her bread intake to 1 slice of wheat bread a day. Go with her to the grocery store to make sure she is not buying junk food, and if you know your way around the kitchen..cook her some low carb meals like salad and her favorite meat. Then motivate her to do some cardio exercise at least 20min a day. I recommend that get a membership at 24 hour fitness with her, and you guys can exercise together. After doing this daily for at least 2 months, you both will be happy with her results.

I heard Curves is a good one. She comes in to work out 30 minutes every session. Weight watchers worked for another friend of mine.

Have you looked in the mirror lately? Don't be quick to point out your girlfriend's flaws, it will only lead to hurt feelings. Don't lie, but saying to go to Weight Watchers is insensitive. You are only going to damage her confidence in herself and possibly in you.

If she thinks she has a problem with her appearance and expresses it to you, offer to exercise with her or find ways to get active together. Don't turn it into "you're fat", but more of a way to bond and do more together.

Get her into belly dancing, or get her Carmen Electra Stripperobics. (Tell her that you think Belly dancing is hot, or you would love for her to learn how to Striptease and Lap dance so she can do it for you.) Get her the videos as a gift and tell her that you have heard alot about how many women enjoy it and thought she would too! (And that she would love to please her man with it.) Either one is a great workout, that hardly even feels like a workout. They are fun, and after she learns the moves she can dance for you and you'll both enjoy the new hobby.

u should suggest yall work out together...u 'telling' her to go to weight watchers or anywhere else is going to make her more likely not to go

Maybe you ought to see why she's gaining? Maybe it's a physical thing, or maybe it's emotional. Don't just assume she needs a diet, find out. And above all, be supportive.

Personally I like a larger woman anyway, but that's me.

why is it your place to tell her to lose weight. If she was in an accident that changed her appearance I guess you would go running, how shallow.

I dont think its your place to "tell her" to lose waight. Why dont you try to be more supportive. Try asking her to take walks with you. Walking is a great exercise and it give you and her qulity time together.

I don't think you should 'tell her' to do anything. She'll just get resentful and it'll end your relationship. If she wants to lose weight, it has to be her idea.
