I need to get my car inspected and licensed but the signals aren't working properly because there is a short in the part right now, but the dealership is the only place I can get it. (I've checked all the parts stores.) I don't have time to wade through a junkyard right now. I just wondered if anyone knew, because I didn't want to go in and be completely unknowledgeable. I hate it when they treat me like a typical dumb blonde.

It's not just the bulb. I would have figured that out a long time ago.

Okay everyone, I know exactly what the part is and where it is located. All I was asking about was an approximate cost of replacement.

I checked Autozone website and it says the flasher is part of the "body control module", whatever that is. Sounds expensive. Autozone says the part is located "center of the instrument panel, right of the steering column".

It might be cheaper to buy the repair manual and do it yourself.
