Sorry this is not an awnser to your question but a compliment for another wonderfull question you asked. I always wonder that.
Society is a window. Dust and grime are the gangs, murderers

As a woman i think that your idea is completely insane and unrealistic. I dont wear skirts all the time nor would i ever want to.
I look good in anything i wear so do most woman who now how to put together a cute outfit and it sounds to me like you are a insecure woman who wants attention more then anything. I dont know about you but i have a sexy pair of legs and its a waste to hide them in an old lady pair of stockings.

Pants were really the invention of underwear companies who wanted to sell their wares. Unfortunately women were taken in to wear these stuff (and corsets and other tortuous underwear) sad really
