Super Mario Bros. All there games are brilliant. Mario Kart, Super Mario World, Mario vs Donkey Kong, on all consoles, N64, GBA, Nintendo DS, and Nintendo Gamecube. give credit to Sonic though, the game is a classic, but Mario Bros will last forever.

Sonic was for me. I never got into Mario, but I believe it was a better game from all the media and friends comments.

Personally for me it's mario brothers as they have much more to them than sonic, sonic can only run fast, spin & jump, unlike the more advanced mario's

mario is better, theres only so much you can do with sonic, like running and collecting rings, mario has broadened his horizons to puzzles, gokarts, third person action games, Mario rules!

kinda hard, i would say Mario since i was raised half way with him and sonic is good too, he adds a lil coolness but i still go with the brothers, they seem more fun an LUIGI RULEZ JAJJAJA

i like them both and i have a lot of sonic and mario games and i realy like them and i realy realy like NEW super mario bros. for the D.S. but I also have sonuc collection plus and on one disk(now this is for the ps2) you can play a lot of old and new sonic games. it is realy cool and i would say you should play them both!

Tie for me I LOVE them both. Okay,..Mario only because I was able to do a whole lot more with those games.
