I actually lost 15lbs my first trimester. I was to nauseaus to eat.
You may want to speak to your doctor. Gaining to much weight during the first part of your pregnancy could cause complications during the last part. (if not complications it could make you very uncomfortable). Your doctor will tell you the right weight you should be or if there is a concern your doctor will mention it to you.
right now I don't think you should worry. Just keep a check on it throughout your pregnancy.

Every woman's body responds differently to pregnancy. I gained 50lbs during the first, and 45lbs during my second. My doctor said my weight was normal, and not to worry. Your OB will tell you what is "normal" weight gain, and what to be worried about. I wouldn't worry, I gained before I even knew I was pregnant with my first child. I don't remember just how much, but it was enough to not fit into my pants. I was probably about 6 wks by then.

Dont worry about it...it is common to gain about a pound a week. Just eat healthy...go for walks if you can.

it doesnt really matter now does it? Your doctor will moniter you regularly and make sure you do not have gestational diabetes which if you do will make you gain massive weight.
