see a doctor first then. might be something serious or it might be you need glasses or just bad migraines i have them.

Your periods might not be irregular.. you might actually have implantation bleeding. Headaches and nausea are signs of pregnancy. And it is also possible to have your period while you are pregnant as well. I have seen that before. I would take a home pregnancy test, then I would call your doctor just to make sure. Home pregnancy tests arent always accurate. Good luck!

You didn't mention the diarrhea
bloating
oily skin
and night sweats
these are all signs of PMS
Tell your doctor , you may need a birth control pill to regulate your hormones
