How 2 measure plexiglass 2 replace garage window (expands, contracts). Any advice on this project welcome.?

plexiglass doesn't expand or contracts i would just measure existing hole and there ya go

Should be able to leave a 1/4" gap all around the glass to make up for the expansion and contraction. Fill with a good caulk.
