Oh, you can give in like a nutless wonder and hand over your charge card. Or commit the term "Yes dear" to memory and use it often. However, I think you're looking for something that involves a little known thing like "mutual respect" where you can approach her as a loving equal and, being attuned to her needs and desires, meet them as best you can with as much personal touch as you can apply. I don't know her. But you do. Use that knowladge and key into what she really wants. It may not always be a possession. It could be something as easy and simple as a foot rub while letting her vent about her day.

First learn that as women we are never happy, lol. j/k. Women are all different, you should not assume that what makes me happy would make her happy, take hints from her, do things she likes to do, if she likes to go out take her out, or a quite night at home if she prefers. Learn that she is the boss, in other words, don't argue with her over small issues. If you fight over petty things you will be miserable, if you give in when it doesn't matter she will be more likely to give a little when it does. Make her feel special, Call when you are going to be late, don't go out with our her, and never critisize her body or looks:-)

Flowers and candy are not truly the answer. Talk to her and find out what she really wants in a relationship and who she truly is. Respect her and be honest about your needs as well. A relationship is not about appeasement of one individual, but sacrifice and commitment. Let her know you care on a regular basis.
But...flowers are nice to get every so often. :-)
