I am pretty educated on this issue. I know that it can damage your cervix, there is a possibility that may affect future pregnancy because it may not be strong enough to hold a full term pregnancy. You do have a small risk of not being able to have children in the future,it is an invasive procedure in a very important part of a womans body, one mistake or slip with that canula and you could lose your chances of having a child. I am not putting abortion down or saying it's great but if it a decision you are faced with then you have to make a smart decision for yourself and your child. There are many ways an abortion can and will affect you. It's not all physical its emotional as well.

Yes it is true that having an abortion might prevent a woman from having children in the future if it was a "botched" job. A "normal" abortion wouldn't have those results. Physically the only thing an abortion takes from the woman is the pregnancy. Emotionally it depends on the woman.

What do you means takes something from you? Obviously you are removing something. Will you lose an ovary in the process? No. Most of the time you will be able to have kids in the future.

I think you can still conceive with having an abortion. As long as there wasn't any complications with the abortion. Good question to ask.

Most importantly it will take a baby that even if you don't want some one else does. If you need to ask questions about it you probably shouldn't do it. you can still have kids

it is possible, but not likely. Scarring can damage your uterus enough to make it not suitable for you to carry any more children.
